Tan Howe Liang gets $10K from NTUC

I'm all for Tan Howe Liang getting the recognition he fully deserves, but why did it have to wait 48 years before someone gave him the credit, and why didn't SSC or SNOC or MCYS or some other governmental acronym do it first? Kudos to NTUC for doing it because no one else would.
