Pool!

Had a good game of 9-ball pool with Ben, Julian, Lianbin and Hung at Pool Factor, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre. Nice of Weepoh to give us all a lift in his white Mitsubishi Lancer. We spent four hours (1830-2230hrs) there including dinner, at $4.80/hr cecause we're NSFs (though not for long).

Spent the time playing everyone as we had five people and two tables, and practised potting with english, one-rail kicks and safeties.

Broke for dinner at Al Azhar Restaurant and basically whack everything on the menu: Chicken murtabak, cheese prata, Planta prata, plain prata, mee goreng washed down with ice koi cino and Milo peng.

Then went back for more pool. Kinda screwed up by people drilling in the floor underneath and the balls getting stuck in the pocket, but still a successful excursion. Until I realised the time and had to rush them all off as I had to catch EPL Highlights at 2300hrs! Shared cab with them to camp and took it from there. Reached home at 2310hrs just after Rooey and Ruud had scored. Oh well.

And I'm still stuck on that pool book Ben lent me. Have photocopied the whole thing on kick and bank shots. One rail, two rails, three rails and more!
