Legacy of Faithfulness

" 'God opposes the proud
but gives grace to the humble.' Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you."
James 4:6-8

"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O God"

As heads of the household, may fathers depend on Your strength and wisdom to guide, guard and govern their homes. Let them cast their burdens on You, that You might give them rest. Let them be godly examples for others to follow, that they will leave an indelible legacy of faithfulness.

As heads of the church, protect pastors from Satan's determined attention to undermine their lives. Give them Your anointing to lead Your people. Make them alert to the enemy.

As heads of state, give our political leaders wisdom to influence people with Your gospel. Let them be wise and godly purveyors of Your truth. Keep them humble, that they can be used mightily by You.
